For anyone that has been given a cancer diagnosis and has made a choice to continue living their best life with grace, love and hope, I would recommend this retreat. From the moment that I arrived, I felt a sense of calm and safety that I hadn't felt in a long time. I was once again waiting for biopsy results on a new tumour. Holding onto fear and anger that I had felt when I was first diagnosed with invasive bladder cancer two years previously. I was feeling totally scared, overwhelmed and lonely.Murray's and Mag's inspiring story of how they faced a terminal diagnosis for Murray and then set out on their journey of healing made a big impact on me. With their gentle guidance and support over three days I learned to shift my mindset to one of empowerment and hope. The beautiful setting, opportunities to walk in nature, comfortable cabin and nourishing meals delivered each day were so appreciated. Murray and Mags have created a very special place to share and I will always be grateful for my time spent with them and learning from them. I left with a new healing journey to embrace.

The three days at the retreat was the time and the connection I needed so much! I am grateful for this time and have a lot of respect for Mags and Murray. Starting from the first response to my enquiry email and the first second they greeted me at their lovely place I felt their amazing energy and enthusiasm which were there throughout the time. I learnt a lot during the stay - new recipes and ideas from the hearty meals Mags and Murray prepared, supplements/herbs ideas, experience of the Reiki healing session, the twice daily meditation sessions that Murray was brilliant at guiding me through (when I came home the following day I felt an urge to start the day with a meditation session). The cabin was very comfortable and cosy, there was everything one could need, the garden was very beautiful and peaceful and I enjoyed the walks around the woods too. But the most amazing thing about my time was the connection with Mags and Murray, their knowledge and experience, their hospitality and openness. This experience has given me that piece of mind and confidence I have not had since the start of my diagnosis journey.

From the minute we met Mags and Murray we knew that we were in good hands. The retreat setting was beautiful, surrounded by nature, fields and woodland. It really had a very calm and settled feel and made us relax at once. Our cabin was great, everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, we were warm, there was plenty of hot water and a lovely view. The juices that Murray had provided was great and the breakfast was healthy and nourishing. The whole family made us feel welcome, including the dog.We had some lovely meals and learnt more about what to and what not to eat. The things we learnt were really beneficial, to help us. Mags and Murray's experience was real, not a made up story. Their honesty and openness stopped my husband from being sceptical and he opened his ears and heart to gain benefit from the retreat. We took away beneficial information, which we have implemented into our lives. Our retreat was a great experience and we have recommended to others who have cancer. I was recovering from breast cancer and they questioned why I wanted to attend. I wanted to understand their principles so that I can prevent cancer returning - to me and my husband it was invaluable and worth every single penny. Open your heart and mind to an opportunity which may change your life.

Plum tree cabin is a perfect retreat to get away from it all. It was very cosy and well equipped for our stay. We would highly recommend.
